- MLMark LyonOct 2, 20251.0Once an unquestioned source of quality clothing, backed by their "Guaranteed. Period." lifetime no-questions-asked return policy on everything, this manufacturer has shifted to a 90 day return window, after which you’re no longer promised any assistance with product failures or defects. While their customer service may offer one-off exceptions, the loss of their commitment to customer satisfaction no longer justifies their high prices.
- MEM C ErtemNov 17, 20242.0Opens at 12 on a Sunday? Really? Also, you might want to fix your bot's AI which spews "Customer feedback has, and will continue to be, of utmost importance to us." Ask an English major if you have to.
- SMSusie MathewsDec 24, 20204.0Very nice store. I was impressed by the large assortment.
- SSShagouraAug 26, 20205.0I love the sales! A friend and I went to the Land's End in Congressional Plaza in Rockville. I bought two colorful T-tops for a total of $25. My friend found a sweatshirt that she liked, but the size and color she wanted weren't in stock. A sales clerk kindly helped her place an online order. My friend was so delighted with the merchandise selection online that she ordered a second sweatshirt in a different color, plus some small items, all for a total that was less than the original price of one of the sweatshirts. NOTE: If you place an online order at a Land's End store and have the package shipped to you, there is no shipping charge. If you place the same order from home, you'll have to pay shipping. So, there's another good reason to come to the store!
