  I have been trying to refrain from writing this review now for over a year thinking that each time I would come inside this store I would have a positive outcome and it never fails. I have visited the store throughout the year, whether it be spring, summer fall or winter. I would walk in, and whoever is on the floor folding clothes or attending to someone or just organizing will never greet me, or even look up… then someon else walks behind me, and I hate to put a color or race on the next person BUT as long as they are white they will get attended to. I was in the store a couple of days ago, 1 lady just looked at me, another lady was talking to another sales associate but as soon as someone walked in with what seemed to be a package of to be returned items she quickly ushered her to the front counter. I was merely looking around and at that point already had in my hands what I wanted to purchase. I just find it such a pattern to notice everytime I walk in that store. Just wondering if I am the only one they do this to, the only one that notices. I am asian by the way. But if not, this should be an alert to be better attentive to your “guests”

  I recently purchased 2 soft sweaters, so disappointed. I washed them on delicate inside out , did not dry them in the dryer and after only wearing them two times and washing them once , attached is what they look like. Already putting them in a bag for Goodwill because it’s 45 days from when they were purchased unable to return or even exchange for their mostly cotton sweaters that are holding up so much better. If I was reviewing the staff, I would give them five stars the gentleman who works the floor is always so helpful and extremely customer service oriented!

  Shopped to pull a quick summer wardrobe for a client. Regional director was visiting and gave great information. Sales person was very helpful.

  It was a great experience. Found some excellent buys and excellent help. Very professional. Very friendly. Very clean
