Although we didn’t find what he needed, we came out of the store satisfied and extremely pleased with Samuel’s patience in taking care of us. Gem of a store rep.
- JHJulie HauerApr 18, 20265.0Sam assisted my husband in finding a suit for an upcoming event and was so helpful and friendly! It was night and day from our experience at Men’s Wearhouse. The scan truly works and aside from a minor needed sleeve alteration, the suit could have been custom made for him. Sam didn’t even have to try to upsell us as we walked out with a suit, a shirt, a belt, socks and new shoes. It was expensive but the items are all high quality and should last. Double thumbs up!

I was greeted when I walked in. But after that I felt like I was bothering the associates as I searched through sweaters looking for my size. With no luck I asked one of them about finding my size. One was sitting down just staring at me blankly while the other responded very smart and annoyed as she folded clothes. As a salesman myself the customer service I received here was TERRIBLE! I felt very unwelcome at a store I love! The associates looked as if they didn’t not want to be there let alone service a customer. I’ve shopped here for years and was very disappointed. I will definitely go online or to another location to shop.
