staff is always so kind and helpful. I often go here for more professional-level art supplies, and their choice of products never disappoints. the staff is also incredibly well-versed in a lot of the supplies if a person has any questions about what is recommended for something.

I just wanna thank the staff here, because I am newly going back to school, and I’m starting with an art class that I was very stressed about just because it’s just brand new to me. And I came in right on time thinking that I would have to maybe drop off a list and let them pick everything out for me, but they reassured me that we could find everything in matter a few minutes and we absolutely did. They were patient, kind, and very understanding of what I was feeling in probably the energy I was putting out which was nervousness🥹😩, and probably a bit of stress🥲. I just want to thank y’all so much just for your beautiful energy and your helpfulness, it helped soothe my anxiousness for this class! I may not have to come back for supplies, but I think I will just because it was such an awesome experience and everything is beautiful here. If they don’t have exactly what you’re looking for they have replicas in different brands and so you will find what you need. I just love me a good customer service experience and I will always put them on blast.

Not thrilled that it changed it's system to blick, but the employees are as knowledgeable as ever and you get a nice selection of everything.
