⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 Experience Thanks to Jermaine I walked into the Michael Kors Outlet just to browse and ended up having one of the most pleasant shopping experiences, all thanks to Jermaine From the moment we walked in, he gave us such a warm welcome. What I appreciated most was that he allowed us to shop comfortably without hovering over us or asking every five seconds if we needed anything. He was attentive without being pushy, which made the experience even better. After browsing for a while, I found a beautiful bag to gift my sister and asked Jermaine if I could leave it at the counter while I continued shopping. Without hesitation, he said, “Of course!” To my surprise, when I was ready to check out, he went to the back and brought out a BRAND-NEW bag, still wrapped in its original plastic! I asked if they had gift boxes, and although they didn’t, he suggested a dust bag instead. He took his time carefully packaging the purse, making sure it was nicely presented. When I requested a gift receipt, he even placed it neatly inside an envelope. It’s the little things like this that truly make a difference! Jermaine went above and beyond without me ever having to ask. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine customer service made this experience stand out. I came in just to browse and left not only with a beautiful gift for my sister but also extremely impressed by the service I received. Michael Kors, you have a gem in Jermaine! This is EXACTLY what excellent customer service should look like. I will absolutely be returning to this location because of him. 10/10 experience from beginning to end! ❤️

I was at this Michael Kors location on August 10' 2026 and the second I walked in I was laughed at by these 2 workers the race of the guy was Afeican-American and the lady was White I felt disrespected and embarrassed. And I'm never coming back to this location!!!
