  I can’t overstate how phenomenal Ms. Brynne Freedman was in helping me purchase my first Rolex!! I walked into the store and was “going on a first date” nervous. Brynne was so polite and easy to talk with which alleviated my nervousness. We discussed various models, tried a few on, and I ultimately registered for a DJ. I went home, did more research, and came up with a new “top three” of models that I emailed to her. LITERALLY not even three months later she called me saying my top choice (126610LV) Starbucks was available for purchase. I was stunned at how quickly it all happened. Do yourself a favor and go see Brynne or any one who works at this location. Wonderful service, amazing staff members who will advocate for you!!! I can’t wait for my next piece. Thank you again Brynne!

  I’ve been working with The 1916 company for a few years now, and since day one they’ve been great. Jewelry is a want, not a need and there’s expectations that come with an experience that these guys blow out of the water. Most recently, Amy Ellwood helped me with a very specific piece of jewelry (I don’t make anything easy.) She got back to me within a week, and nailed it first try. I highly recommend the team here for any of your jewelry needs.

  Had a really great experience at the 1916 Company. Everyone there was friendly, welcoming, and made us feel comfortable as soon as we walked in. Keane was awesome to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable, and never made the appointment feel rushed. He took the time to walk us through the different watches and was able to answer all of our questions we had. Overall, it was a really enjoyable experience and we’re looking forward to working with Keane and the 1916 Company again in the future.

  Great company. Everyone was very warm and friendly. Keane Jackson was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and generous with his time throughout the appointment. He made the experience feel relaxed and genuine, and I really appreciated how thoughtfully he walked me through the different Rolex models and took the time to understand my interests and preferences as a collector. You can tell he genuinely enjoys watches and building relationships with clients. Overall, it was a very enjoyable and professional experience, and I’m looking forward to working with him.

  Brynne was an excellent representation of the highest quality of service that the 1916 Company provides. Brynne was warm, kind and so easy to work with. My wife and I were celebrating the birth of our son and wanted a watch to commemorate his birth. I’ve always aspired to own a Rolex but always heard horror stories of long waits and SA’s that were rude and dismissive.Brynne was the exact opposite. She was truly engaging and assisted me letting me try on watches and discussed configurations of the models I liked. She made no promises but was in consistent communication with me leading up to the time of our son’s birth. We got the call a day before being admitted to the hospital so I got to wear the watch at his birth and will have so many stories to share with him when I pass it down. She also kept my wife in mind and had this beautiful Teddy Bear for the nursery. Once we got out of the hospital, I wanted to surprise my wife with a push present. I saw a piece in Nordstrom but the staff treated me poorly. I reached out to Brynne and she was able to source the David Yurman piece I requested and helped me surprise my wife. She has gained a customer for a lifetime. We are excited to be able to commemorate our milestones with Brynne and the 1916 Company.
