It appeared to have come straight off the printer with obvious quality problems, yet it was still included with the order. There was clearly no quality control check before the arrangement was sent out. More concerning, my wife found two strawberries that were spoiled to the point that they tasted rancid and nearly made her sick. After discovering that, she no longer felt comfortable eating the rest of the fruit because there was no way to know what was fresh and what wasn’t. I contacted customer service expecting accountability and a meaningful resolution, but the response I received left me feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously. When customers are paying premium prices for gifts intended for special occasions, they should be able to trust that the product has been inspected and is safe to eat. Unfortunately, this experience has caused me to lose confidence in Edible Arrangements, and I will not be ordering from them again.
