  The edible strawberry flavor was actually really good! It tasted sweet and fruity without being too fake. It kicked in smoothly after a little while and gave me a nice, relaxed feeling. Definitely one of my favorite flavors, and I’d get it again.

  I ordered a birthday arrangement for my wife and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the order. The first issue was the personalized card. It appeared to have come straight off the printer with obvious quality problems, yet it was still included with the order. There was clearly no quality control check before the arrangement was sent out. More concerning, my wife found two strawberries that were spoiled to the point that they tasted rancid and nearly made her sick. After discovering that, she no longer felt comfortable eating the rest of the fruit because there was no way to know what was fresh and what wasn’t. I contacted customer service expecting accountability and a meaningful resolution, but the response I received left me feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously. When customers are paying premium prices for gifts intended for special occasions, they should be able to trust that the product has been inspected and is safe to eat. Unfortunately, this experience has caused me to lose confidence in Edible Arrangements, and I will not be ordering from them again.

  My Mother’s Day order wasn’t delivered until after 9 PM, and the arrangement was missing the chocolate-dipped strawberries that were supposed to be included. I contacted customer support about the issue and never received a response.

  This location has the worst customer service. I walked in and there was a guy at the counter so while I was waiting in line another lady came in then another guy. After the cashier was done with the guy at the counter she completely looks over me and start taking other orders, I guess she saw the shocked look on my face because she then told them to wait one second then comes over to me. I had a pre-order already paid for and all I needed was my stuff. It was a older middle eastern lady that gave me my order and didn’t apologize at all. I wont be back at this location.

  Great experience with Edible Arrangements in Perry Hall! The fruit was fresh, beautifully arranged, and tasted amazing. Staff was friendly and my order was ready right on time. Perfect gift—will definitely order again!
