Robert seemed annoyed that I asked for a trash can for one and the second was not very personable! I overheard them talking about being shorthanded and I understand that it is stressful when that happens. But you still need to treat others with respect!

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with a mean old short man👨 . There is no goodwill there whatsoever. From start to finish, the interaction was unpleasant and left me thoroughly disappointed. His demeanor was hostile and unwelcoming. There was no effort made to be courteous or helpful. The entire experience felt needlessly antagonistic, and I would not recommend engaging with this individual under any circumstances. If you're looking for a positive, respectful interaction, look elsewhere. This is not the person to approach.

Beware! This store is not very honest. They will cover over defects in furniture or items with price tag stickers. Since they don’t allow returns, always try to check under stickers before you buy something (even though the stickers are hard to remove without ruining the price tag sticker).

They are becoming more selective about what they will accept for a donation. I tried to give them a vacuum cleaner but they wouldn't take it because it uses bags. Also tried a child size outdoor chair. Nope. Makes me doubt if I want to donate to them in the future.

Came here a bought a few things walked up to the register and said hi the girl and the guy just looked at me and continued there conversation not a word to me until I said something. After that the girl asked me to donate four times…I donate to organizations directly…after the second time I started to get irritated and after the fourth time I was more irritated. Terrible customer service they need to do some hospitality training. I will never be back there ever again.
