  First time at this location. Upon arrival I was immediately told that the wait would be a while because they were short staffed. No problem, I get it. Been there. Waited approximately 25 mins before one of the girls helped us with the uniforms. She was very helpful and the girl at the checkout was nice. Have to return later to pick up 3 shirts.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a wonderful experience with Sophie! She did an amazing job helping my son pick out his school uniforms. She was patient, helpful, and made sure he felt comfortable and confident with his choices. Starting high school is a big deal, and Sophie made the whole uniform-shopping experience easy and enjoyable. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and her customer service was truly outstanding. Thank you, Sophie, for making this experience so positive for both of us! You were absolutely amazing, and I truly appreciate your help. Highly recommend Sophie! ❤️👏🏽

  Trying on uniforms is never a fun task with elementary school kids. The sizing is never easy and we always have to try on a few different sizes. Alyssa made it easy and brought us anything we needed. She was super helpful and patient. She made the experience much so much better! The girls checking out were super helpful as well with ordering and fixing something in our order. We appreciate the outstanding customer service!

  I actually have to sit down and write Thomas a review while still her in the store. Thomas is a gem. He was very pleasant ☺️ when he come over to assist me. Thomas checked my account to ensure that I was getting the correct sizes, which was a blessing because I totally forgot. He was very professional. Thomas did an amazing job. Im truly thankful for Thomas because I totally for the size. Lastly has smile 😃 was amazing.

  We had such a wonderful experience at Flynn O’Hara today, thanks to Sophie! She was incredibly kind, patient, and so polite from the moment we walked in. She has such a calm, soft-spoken demeanor that immediately put us at ease. Shopping for school uniforms usually means trying on multiple sizes and going back and forth to find the right fit, and I know I kept asking for different uniforms and sizes. Not once did Sophie seem bothered or impatient. Every time, she was just as pleasant, happy to help, and made us feel like we weren’t inconveniencing her at all. Customer service like hers is hard to find these days. Sophie truly made the experience enjoyable for Saylor and me, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. Thank you again, Sophie, for your outstanding kindness and exceptional customer service!
