  I just want to start off by saying the employees had absolutely the best customer service this day ,specifically Nikita and Bre. They were so patient with me and I appreciate that because I am very indecisive.

  teve Madden Oxon Hill, MD, 1 Star My wife traveled across Prince George's County to this location in the rain with our newborn baby to return and reorder a pair of shoes purchased online that did not fit. She called this store ahead of time. The employee confirmed the return and reorder could be completed. She also confirmed with the Pentagon City location before making the trip. They said the same thing. She arrived at this store and two employees refused to complete the transaction. The same employee she spoke to on the phone said nothing and backed her coworkers up instead of standing behind what she told my wife over the phone. My wife then had to drive to Virginia just to complete a basic return. The Pentagon City employee said directly there was no reason for this store to have turned her away. This is not about one bad day. This is about accountability and hospitality standards that this location clearly does not meet. Residents of Prince George's County deserve the same level of service as anyone else, period. I have a background in operations and hospitality. I know what the standard looks like. This store is not meeting it. I have escalated this to corporate and regional management and I am calling on Steve Madden leadership to take corrective action and invest in proper hospitality training for this location. To anyone in PG County who has experienced this and stayed quiet, you do not have to. Speak up.

  Me and my family went to this store to buy a couple of pairs of shoes and bags. We were lucky enough to be assisted by the store clerk with that name of Deron Green. He was absolutely fantastic in helping us with finding sizes as well as prices of many of the items we chose. He also diligently brought us the correct sizes without any hesitation. If you ever go to this store definitely ask for him. Thanks again Deron!!

  Wonderful customer service visited Saturday around 2:00 pm 10/21/23 2 girls and 1 guy all 3 were very helpful and friendly I will be back anytime here and very clean place management team and the company need to keep development this amazing team
