- DDD.WrightApr 25, 20262.0I had a pretty disappointing experience at this Goodwill Superstore. One of the associates came across as very rude when directing customers on where to wait, and he didn’t clearly explain what he expected, which made the situation confusing and uncomfortable. Customer service really sets the tone for a store, and this interaction made it hard to feel welcome. the store itself was quite messy. Items were scattered and not well organized, which made it difficult to browse or find anything. I understand thrift stores can get busy, but a bit more attention to organization would go a long way especially for a Goodwill superstore business. Overall, I think there’s room for improvement both in customer service and store upkeep. But nice items in the area
- RJRamona JacobsApr 22, 20264.0I visit this goodwill pretty regularly. They have some reasonably priced items and some not so reasonable. The prices have gotten outrageous. I only go on Wednesdays when I get a senior discount or when I have a coupon. There are no deals besides that. The store could be cleaner as well. Some of the staff is personable and others not so much. And the worst part is no try-on for clothing items and if they don't fit you can only get store credit if returned within 7 days at that.

The manager Phylicia had a disgusting attitude as my daughter and I entered before closing and the door was wide open, she rudely said no we are closed I informed her it wasn’t 7:00. Maybe she should find employment else where, perhaps dollar tree. If you were closed the door should’ve been locked and closed but it wasn’t 7:00 bye Phylicia
