Cannot stay in line forever with only 1 cashier working and the other one just standing behind the cashier desk paying no attention to a growing line

The one walked away and the other guy remained on the phone with a customer. He never stopped the conversation with the customer to help me. After standing there patiently for 5 minutes I left the store. This is why I chose to shop online. Customer service is non existent anymore.
