First time using Edible Arrangements and I'm very disappointed. Bad first impression. Instead of delivering an item to a customer, the delivery was left in the lobby. Why take phone numbers of recipients if you're not going to use it? My daughter's birthday surprise says in the email that it was hand delivered. To who? Not her. But left in the lobby.

HELDA & ANNA ARE AWESOME!!! They were very polite, knowledgeable & professional. My arrangement was delivered in a timely fashion. I was told the arrangement was PERFECT! Helda & Anna helped me put the BIGGEST SMILE on someone's face & "made their week". THANK YOU HELDA & ANNA!

This order started off good, placed my order two days before deliver date, day of delivery I woke up to 5 miss calls, stating they didn’t have what I ordered. I was upset, like how do you allow a order to placed and not have the product? It’s a terrible system! Anyway, the manger reassured me he will fix my order and send my pictures of my new arrangement via text before it’s off to deliver, he was a man of his words, the delivery was made and my friend loved her arrangement. Thank you for your effort management.

The Olney location has very courteous Staff and they have always come through for me promptly when I needed to place an order. The fruit is fresh and the arrangements are well placed.

if i could go lower than 1 stars, i would have. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE ORDER OR PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT IN OLNEY, FIRST OF ALL THEY ARE SUPER UN PROFESSIONAL AND EVERY BODY FROM THE MANAGER RYAN DOWN TO THE DRIVER ARE LIARS. Placed an order on Sunday 9/16 at 11am to surprise my significant other for our 13th year anniversary, was promised that order will be delivered before they close at 3pm. mind you the olney location is less than 5 miles from my place of residence. i get a call from "manager" Ryan at 3:45pm telling me that "sorry, we will not be able to make the delivery, and he proceeded to lie to me that the driver went and attempted to make the delivery but no one was home, That was a bald faced lie because in order to get into my apartment you have to buzzed in and my fiance was home the whole day. instead of resolving the situation he proceeds to tell me that the best they can do for the inconvenience was to issue me a refund that would take up to 2 weeks. After i expressed my concerns and demanded i get my refund immediately, he proceeds to tell me that he is new and the best he can do is have me take time out of my day and drive to their location to get some free strawberries and that he was busy doing closing duties and had to get of the phone.
