  Omega and Gianna were so sweet and helpful with my daughters and helped them find everything they needed. They also cleaned up a mess my daughter accidentally made when they didn’t have to bc I would have but they insisted they do it. Thank you so much for being so kind and helpful!

  My wife had an awful experience at this store. She bought a dress for our daughter’s graduation earlier that day. She came home and needed a different size. Went back to the store at 7:30 the mall and store are supposed to close at 8pm. The girls working told her they were closed and the registers were closed too. They had male friends in the store hanging out with them that one of the girls was too busy paying attention too then do the job she was paid till 8pm to do. The girl at the register was hostile and rude and extremely disrespectful. Gianna and Amika /Tamika were the girls who chose not to do their jobs that day. Horrible experience

  I was violated today in this location while changing in the dressing room. The employee Jasmine P. unlocked my door without knocking and pushed the door open into my shoulder while I was undressed. She didn’t even shut the door once she noticed I had no bottoms on and was completely exposed because I was trying on mini skirts. I had to push the door shut to give myself some privacy. She then questioned me about how many clothes I had and why didn’t I grab a number. The employees were not stationed at the dressing room and were letting all the girls in the store in and out of the dressing room without supervision. The employees were not attending to the dressing room as they should have been. This employee unlocked my fitting room without knocking or checking and hit me in the process. She chose to lecture me as if I worked there instead of apologizing for her mistake. I had to ask her to leave me alone so I could get myself together and leave the store with some dignity. I feel so violated and embarrassed. And to make matters worse, I called the police to get a report so they don’t do this to any other customers and the store manager decided to ban me from the store versus apologizing or taking any accountability as well. No one ever bothered to say I’m sorry for violating my privacy or for assaulting me with the door. No one cared that their own store policy was violated. I shop at Windsor often but I will never come back to any Windsor now that I see this is how customers are treated. Violated, humiliated, and attacked. Im so disappointed and disturbed.
