  I attempted to donate a 65 inch OLED LG TV. The person working behind the building at the drop off location told me he would accept the TV if I did him a favor and bought him lunch. At first, I thought he was joking, but then he told me that he couldn’t accept the TV without a stand, but he’d be willing to accept it as a favor to me if I bought him lunch. Then went on to complain that he had to work 12 hours that day. I ended up having to drive to a different Goodwill To donate the TV without any issues at all. It’s clear to me that this person was trying to shake me down for cash to accept the donation.

  The big guy who works at the donation center in the back is creepy and unhelpful.

  It is the general rule that retail outlets allow customers to make purchases until the posted closing time. Karen, the manager or supervisor, , kept pushing that we only had until 5 minutes before closing time to be at the register. When I noted that the closing time was 8 p.m., she said that if I was not at the register by 7:55 p.m., she would call the police. I asked for her name and she considered that harassment. And by the way, if I did not state this before, she is the manager or supervisor. Is it possible to give this establishment zero stars?
