  I feel compelled to share the disappointing experience I had on May 31, 2026. My wife and I were shopping at the store knowing that it would close at 7:00 PM. At exactly 6:30 PM, we asked to use the fitting rooms to try on a few items we had selected, only to find that they had already been closed. An employee informed us that they could not help, and despite explaining that we only wanted to try on a few pieces, we were told that the store manager, Tony, would not approve it. Assuming this might simply be store policy, I then asked if I could at least try on the two T-shirts I intended to purchase (which I ultimately did buy) in the fitting room area without entering the closed fitting rooms. I was told that I could not try on any merchandise. When I asked to Tony why the store remained open if customers were no longer allowed to try on products, I received a response along the lines of, “That’s not my problem.” I was then told that if I tried on any item, I would personally have to return it to its original location. When I pointed out that this should not be the customer’s responsibility, I was threatened with security being called. I tried on the shirts anyway, purchased them, and unsurprisingly, security never appeared. As I was leaving the store, Tony told me to “get out” while making a dismissive hand gesture. Having previously worked for the Inditex Group (Zara) and having experience in retail operations, I find it embarrassing that someone with such poor communication and customer service skills represents the Calvin Klein brand. The issue was never the fitting room policy itself—it was the unprofessional, disrespectful, and confrontational manner in which the situation was handled. I hope Calvin Klein reviews the conduct of its management team and ensures that customers are treated with the respect they deserve.

  We visited on a sunny Friday in late February early through mid afternoon. We are fans of an outlet with all-the-deals and this location did NOT disappoint. As another has mentioned this location is not ENTIRELY traditional outlet pricing; that said, we walked out with exceptional deals and a few items I have been looking forward to acquiring, for a lil more, but still quite competitively priced. Sign up for their email/text for additional discounts and earn points with purchases that translate into $ off purchases. This visit I was also given a $10 off coupon for use in March. As a side note, Tommy and Calvin are associated, if you purchase from one, historically they give you a coupon for the other store (printed with but cut separately with your receipt). On our visit we purchased at CK first and were provided an additional 15-20% off entire purchase at Tommy, good for SAME DAY ONLY. Tommy provided a $5.00 off purchase for CK.
