  Save yourself a headache. After asking for instillation, they forgot to schedule it. Our washer/dryer unit shows up, but 1. that team can't touch gas lines, and 2. there is no one to install. Fine. We reschedule everything because we don't have enough room to have both units in our house. When we call, for some reason, they only reschedule instillation and not delivery. So now they want to install before delivery date. Call back. Reschedule again, but because drop off / haul away and instillation are two different teams, they are going to drop off at some point, leave, instillation will come and install, leave, and then haul away will come back. Fingers crossed they do.

  i am not giving them a star at all i am just on able to post with out giving at least one star. DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE! My husband and I recently bought a washing machine from this location and it was to be delivered on October 12th, 2018, which then we got a phone call way after the time for delivery saying that our washer would not be delivered and that they had to find another crew to come and deliver it to our home because we live on a base on that Friday. Friday comes around and my husband is sitting there all day waiting for the washer and there was no contact what so ever on when it will arrive. my husband than contact the best buy to see what was going on and the rep hung up the phone. my husband calls back to find out that our deliver that was told to him for a reschedule of FRIDAY! was never scheduled and we wouldn't receive our washer until Tuesday. this absolutely pissed me off because now we are getting a run around and seems we will never get a washing machine. apparently someone told my husband it would be delivered today MONDAY OCTOBER 22,2018,AND GUESS WHAT! OUR WASHER HAS NOW BEEN "WAVED", MEANING THEY CAN NO LONGER SELL IT. SO WE HAVE NOW PAID FOR A WASHING MACHINE THAT YOU ARE TELLING US YOU CAN NO LONGER SELL THAT WAS ALREADY PURCHASED! YOU ALL DO NOT OWN IT TO SELL IT TO ANYONE, WE DO! SO HOPEFULLY THIS WILL GET TO COOPERATE AND YOU ALL SEE HOW MESSED UP YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS, WE WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING ELSE FROM BEST BUY AGAIN. THIS Wouldn't have been such a horrible problem if best buy would have been straight forward and not have given a run around story to us. a full investigation should have been done before giving us false information. i will never recommended this location to anyone wanting decent and quality customer service. I am very sorry the people who gave us great care when picking the washer out but you all have failed us
