  I was told by customer care that I can place my order before 9:45PM and they would allow me to get there at 9:59 because I was traveling.. well that didn’t happen. Once I got there they very rudely turned me away. Honestly the worst experience ever. Never again. Store in Laurel. Very angry woman working there and a very hostile little man.

  I love Ascend in Laurel, MD Ask for kechi or anyone working they are so knowledgeable with their products and they have great customer service. Thank you. everybody there is awesome thank you very much. everyone there is great give them all a raise

  I have never had a bad experience at this location. The staff is always so helpful and so nice! The vibes are always vibin! Had the pleasure to work with Ashley today and what a wonderful asset you have to your team, she was so helpful, sweet and funny as hell!
