Tyrell and Ellen helped my daughter get properly fitted for her new school uniforms with great care and attention. They made her feel comfortable and expressed words of kindness with a smile through the whole experience. Only one down side, the prices are way too high. I spent $1k to outfit her entirely. There definitely pricing customers out of the market and making things unaffordable.

Learn to communicate more effectively with customers who have no choice but to shop here, unless this is the standard we should "appreciate" when you are the only option. Here is how it could have been better handled: we sympathize with your situation, we have some strict policies here but perhaps there are some ways we can make a future purchase more compassionate. Learn better customer care instead of having them leave in added unnecessary frustration.
