  This is directed towards the person I assume is the store manager based on the way he acted the day I visted the Arundel Mills location. While shopping with my daughter to find her a dress I approached him for assistance; his tone was very rude and dismissive from the moment I spoke with him. The music was also incredibly loud, I could barely hear the employee helping place us into a fitting room once we found our items, and my daughter had complained to one of the employees about the issue. This man went out of his way to go to the back of his store to turn off the music and shout at all his customers before heading out for the day… I have never seen a store so dismissive and rude to their customers when asking for assistance, and never in a day of my life as a customer have I seen a manager turn off their store music in the middle of the day before closing to shout at their customers during store hours. Customer service plays a major role in the customer experience, and I did not have good customer service on the day I visited, so I took my business somewhere else, and this store lost a sale. I hope management above him is made aware of this issue and is looked into, I will not be visiting the Arundel Mills location anytime soon after this altercation or any Windsor in the area if this is a common issue at every Windsor location. If you knew better, you would do better for the good of your customers.

  I love this store and its selection of really pretty dresses. And AMAZING customer service. My daughter found a beautiful dress but they didn’t have her size. I asked a salesperson, named Joy, if she can see if another store had it. Not only did she check for me, she called and asked them to hold two sizes for her. Joy lived up to her name. She was so joyous and helpful. (Joy, if you get to read this, my daughter ended up getting the dress and indeed looked beautiful like you predicted ☺️.) The store was very busy and the customer service never wavered. No matter which location I go to, there’s always a great selection and great customer service!

  The manager Olivia was incredibly unprofessional. My friend and I went to try clothes on and she made a scene that we needed to wait for an associate (not her though). It was so embarrassing and it made us not want to continue shopping. We are happy to follow rules, we won’t be back here though. Handled so poorly. When mentioning privately at the register that she could have been more kind she rolled her eyes and said that’s just how it is when they are “busy”. Terrible management.
