  I wouldn't advise anybody to go to Vans and buy anything they basically because you don't have a box but the shoes are brand new and you have your receipt you're unable to return won't be returning and won't buy no vans ever!

  Left the store without making a purchase because I couldn't even stand still to make a thought long enough to make up my mind on what shoes befoee being harassed by employees. Your employees are approachable enough without making them do this. I felt harassed by FOUR different people. I dont know what I want, that's why I'm browsing. Left to make a purchase at a store that didn't harass me.

  Love the store for the variety. It’s my go to. However the constant shadowing by the staff has to stop. It’s not a peaceful experience. I was approached an EXCESSIVE amount of times yesterday, within a small timeframe of being in that location, while continuously stating I don’t need help. Every single associate in that store kept coming up to me within 20 minutes of being in that store. On another day outside of that I can be approached 5 times in a span of 15 minutes. My cousin refuses to enter that store again because of this. It’s anxiety inducing. It makes for my least favorite shopping experience. As soon as you pick up a shoe , at least 3 associates are ready to pounce with the “I can take those to the front for you.” I JUST put them in my hand! Stop! Love the shoes but that store does not leave customers alone. I’m not sure if it’s just certain customers or they are required to stalk you every two minutes like sharks. But while I wanted to purchase multiple items I ultimately just purchased what I had for my daughter and left. While Ive always returned because I assumed this was due to staff receiving some type of commission, yesterday was taken to the extreme and a bit too much so I won’t be returning.

  Tuesday, around 7pm I was greeted coming in the door, however the associate that greeted me at the door then popped out from behind a shoe rack to ask if I was ok. That was cool but I then started to notice that she was lingering around me as I shopped. When I noticed her and started to stare at her she then asked me again was everything ok, I told her no and that I needed a mirror she escorted me to the front of the racks to the mirror and stood there. I then noticed that I was not the only customer in the store and that the other customer that was there looked to need more assistance then I did, she never once took the time to address them and see if they needed anything she continued to stand with me. The situation at this point was overly uncomfortable I left the shoes and walked out, and brought a pair of vans from kids footlocker across the hall (and they were on sale). I will not be shopping at vans anymore, I will go online use the last of credits and will not be returning as a customer. If I want Vans I will buy them from other vendors, that was a gut ranching experience and actually, I really don't even want to patronize the brand anymore honestly.
