  Tuesday, around 7pm I was greeted coming in the door, however the associate that greeted me at the door then popped out from behind a shoe rack to ask if I was ok. That was cool but I then started to notice that she was lingering around me as I shopped. When I noticed her and started to stare at her she then asked me again was everything ok, I told her no and that I needed a mirror she escorted me to the front of the racks to the mirror and stood there. I then noticed that I was not the only customer in the store and that the other customer that was there looked to need more assistance then I did, she never once took the time to address them and see if they needed anything she continued to stand with me. The situation at this point was overly uncomfortable I left the shoes and walked out, and brought a pair of vans from kids footlocker across the hall (and they were on sale). I will not be shopping at vans anymore, I will go online use the last of credits and will not be returning as a customer. If I want Vans I will buy them from other vendors, that was a gut ranching experience and actually, I really don't even want to patronize the brand anymore honestly.

  Nice little trendy store as all kinds of neat stuff for all the family all the popular niches.. staff is nice and helpful

  One of the better Van's stores I've been too. Store was very clean and organized, music wasn't too loud, and I was approached and helped by multiple employees who all gave no pressure while still helping me find shoes in my size. Everyone interacted with also felt personable, making me feel more comfortable when browsing the different sections of the store. Ended up buying two pairs of a shoes on a visit I only intended to browse on!

  Every time I’m in here I receive the best customer service. I came in today to look for a specific pair of slip ons and Claudia remembered me from months ago asking about the exact shoes! She is awesome! She not only looked for the shoes I wanted but made suggestions when they didn’t have any of them left. She was helpful months ago when she found me two pairs of the Vans I need for my sister’s wedding. I didn’t get the other associate’s names today but as soon as I walked in they offered to help me find what I need. I will obviously be back!
