- SSSchonAug 19, 20265.0I have to give a HUGE shoutout to Ja’ire Richards at Arundel Mills! From the moment I came in, Ja’ire was incredibly welcoming, professional, and helpful. I was looking for khakis, and he went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. He was patient, attentive, and made the entire shopping experience feel effortless. What really stood out was his attitude. Ja’ire genuinely seemed like he cared about making sure I left satisfied, rather than just trying to make a sale. His customer service was honestly some of the best I’ve experienced. He represents the store extremely well and is exactly the kind of employee every business should want on their team. Management needs to know that Ja’ire is a standout employee and deserves serious recognition. If there’s a raise, promotion, employee-of-the-month award, or any other way to reward great employees, Ja’ire should absolutely be at the top of that list. 10/10 experience. Give this man his flowers — and give him a raise!
