- ARanthony romano6 days ago5.0Nice experience. Kids had lot of fun
- KWKendra WalkerAug 18, 20265.0I had such a wonderful experience with Evan and Kyle at the LEGO Store! They were both incredibly kind, patient, and polite while helping my son with his LEGO Concorde set. We originally came in because we thought we were missing a few minor pieces, but while looking over the set, Evan and Kyle realized that my son had accidentally put some of the pieces together incorrectly. Instead of simply pointing out the mistake, they took the time to teach him how to properly read and follow the LEGO instructions. They also recommended the LEGO Builder app, which will definitely be helpful for him going forward. They helped my son basically start from scratch and worked with him for about an hour and a half to get him back to where he had originally left off. Their patience and willingness to spend that much time helping him truly meant a lot to us. We are extremely grateful for Evan and Kyle and the amazing customer service they provided. They went above and beyond, and they made the experience enjoyable and encouraging for my son. Thank you both so much!

- BPBobby PatriccaJun 28, 20265.0Stopped in while in town for a fun birthday weekend to see the selection and were not disappointed. We love their selection of clearance/"Last Chance" sets at the front, and the employees are very helpful, especially Evan and Peyton. Evan helped answer multiple questions for us, and Peyton made my girlfriend's day when we told him about a couple of sets she really wanted but were no longer on display (Jaws) and he immediately said "Oh, I've got one left in the back!" He grabbed it for us and made her a very happy woman. Overall we love stopping in at this store and will definitely be back in the future.
