  BUYER BEWARE!! I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF THAT WAS AN OPTION. 09/18 i bought a pair of glasses online, picked them up in the store on 09/28, the store associate was extremely rude and unpleasant. i decided to return the glasses and case i bought online right then and there with the rude associate. she didn’t fully process my refund, only one of the two items, she “processed” the return for the sunglases but not for the case. 10/01 i had to call the store and push the return of the case through. 10/07 been 7 business days since the original return of the $200 SUNGLASSES and i have yet to see my refund. the $25 case refunded within 3 days. the district manager came off at first like she was trying to help me, but there is no communication or urgency from her. i have to reach out to her, and getting her to answer is like pulling teeth. DO NOT SHOP HERE

  I had the best experience. I have a very wide and round head, so most glasses do not fit me. The people working there knew exactly what to look for and gave me several options to try. Once I found a style I liked, they helped me find that style with all of the brands so I can choose a great look and a great price!

  The sales clerk at Sunglasshut at Arundel Mills outlet mall was very helpful. Not pushy. Very pleasant and professional. I enjoyed the experience as I treated myself to some nice sunglasses.

  I visited this place today, it's good, the staff are good, I bought some nice glasses. This is my first experience with them.

  We came in to get my buddy an eyeglass care kit he wanted and I wanted to grab some sunglasses for a trip, not greeted. whatever it’s 2026 that part I don’t care. He had one in his hand he wanted, first guy couldn’t ring him out second dude who was called over to ring us out didn’t talk to us and didn’t pay attention to what he wanted. Buddy left with a different kit. And I didn’t even look at glasses, figured I’d go somewhere else instead.
