  We came in to get my buddy an eyeglass care kit he wanted and I wanted to grab some sunglasses for a trip, not greeted. whatever it’s 2026 that part I don’t care. He had one in his hand he wanted, first guy couldn’t ring him out second dude who was called over to ring us out didn’t talk to us and didn’t pay attention to what he wanted. Buddy left with a different kit. And I didn’t even look at glasses, figured I’d go somewhere else instead.

  at the sunglass hut arundel mills.. we bought a ralph lauren eyeglass open the case it at home to find out it was empty .. tried to call the number on the reciept but it was already close.. staff were nice tho.. will try to go back tomorrow.

  I brought back a set of Ray-Bans because my husband didn't like them. This was within a thirty day period with all original packaging and receipt. They would not return the item because I bought it at a different store originally. They suggested that I return the item at the original store so that their store did not take the loss. The same sale was available online at Amazon and it would have been a hassle free return. Go to Amazon. This was the worst customer service. No effort, or care, from the associate or the manager.
