  The lady who was at the store yesterday made my husband and I feel small and degraded. We were looking for luggage for our upcoming trip and we are not sure which size would be appropriate for a 23-kg baggage. Yes lady, ‘kilogram’ exists in this world so there was no need for you spout ‘ pounds’ in my face like I’ve never heard of it. And there was no need to tell us ‘Do you understand!?’ loudly. We understood you clearly, you just went ahead and put in to your head that we are morons just because we don’t have your accent. You had a large spinner in a teal color and asked if you have the same color in medium. You showed us a completely different color in medium, because you said they are of the same design. You repeatedly gestured to both luggages when you could have just told us you don’t have that color in medium size. So yeah, I’d rather buy online.

  Not an experience at this location, but an employee from the Arundel Mills location was at the Rehoboth, DE, Samsonite store on Wednesday, August 12, --Jason. He was so helpful, professional, knowlegeable, and patient. He solved my very frustrating problem with new Proxis luggage. I so appreciated his help--please let his managers know. Thank you, Jason.

  The staff there on Saturday, July 18 were some of the most helpful staff members at a luggage shop I’ve ever experienced. They were so kind understanding and knew exactly what was needed before I could even say it. Thank you guys for being so great at what you do and I can tell that you guys enjoy working with people.

  I stopped into the Samsonite store for what I expected to be a quick errand — just a zipper replacement for one of my samsonite bags. I walked out having had one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a while. Want to give a shoutout to Jason who helped me that day. Jason took the time to walk me through the entire zipper replacement process and explained everything clearly. On top of being knowledgeable, he was genuinely a pleasure to talk to — friendly, respectful, and easy to have a real conversation with. Gave me an accurate turn around time & explained to me how the repair would work. I came in only for the repair, but after chatting for a few minutes I ended up buying a carry-on overnight bag I hadn't planned on getting. It never felt like a pushy sale. Jason clearly explained to me the size differences and European standards, overall he was excellent at what he does. Good selection in the store and great location serving the nearby Military community & close enough to BWI airport for people to swing by and get a bag before catching their flights. Thanks again Jason!
