I understand people put stuff in wrong spots but once I showed a worker that there were multiple incorrectly priced items, she didn’t bother fixing the rack she just said sorry and left.

It's 5 minutes until closing and we are still actively being helped, not a word about closing or anything just top tier customer service. Trish has been taking care of us for the past hour and a half and has stayed on the the gas with the enthusiasm and helpfulness. Like honestly, I'm not an express guy but what I saw today has made me rethink that. And I don't know the other associate working right now, but at 7 minutes to close, she was active in the "short or regular" discussion. Like honestly impressed. Really can't say enough great things about Trish and this experience in general. Genuinely impressed and pleasantly surprised. 10/10, would accompany/shop here again. Can't say enough nice things!

I’ve been a loyal customer for over 15 years and own almost every dress shirt they offer in multiple colors. Honestly, the design and quality used to be much better!! I went in to exchange a Polo shirt because I didn’t like the color, and the employee was extremely rude!! She was practically yelling that I didn’t have a receipt and couldn’t do anything. No effort to help, no alternatives offered. I didn’t even care that much about the refund…it was the attitude and lack of basic customer service that stood out. It matters what you do but it also matters HOW you do it! No wonder Express is closing stores. Sad to see, but not surprising!!! Today was the last day my family and I did business with them.
