- AKAlex KhanAug 18, 20261.0What a disaster , no wonder they have 2.8 reviews. Employees were negative zero sales skills and enthusiasm. It’s like they’re bothered that you came in. I spent almost $100 for a polo shirt which didn’t fit so I went back 5th day to exchange and they didn’t have anything to my liking so I decided to return it. First of all there not one manager in the store, three people said we are all managers. What? They decided to tell me that it’s on the receipt that there is no returns , well there wasn’t the line she highlighted was related to Klarna payments not debit or credit cards. I didn’t wanna argue and walked out thinking I need to contact corporate in NY. Spoke to the lady there and she told me that it’s an outlet store that’s why, I said great but receipt dosen’t say that! She promised to have someone reach out but no one did so I decided to write a review. I am not done yet!
- HSHae SongJan 24, 20265.0I’ve been to many Boss outlets before, and most of the time the service wasn’t very friendly. But this location was completely different. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. They even called other stores to help find the size I was looking for, which I really appreciated. It honestly felt more like shopping at a high-end galleria than an outlet store. Such a pleasant experience . I’ll definitely be coming back!
- KGKamilah GonzalezJul 1, 20241.0Boss is a quality brand, but aside from that there is no reason to shop here. Store was not busy yet there were a ton of messy clothes piles. Large boxes taking up floor space and being an eye sore. The worse part was the employees. 4 employees during a very slow period and none of them greeted me nor offered to assist me find sizes I was looking for. I waited FOREVER to check out, to the point I literally had to ask the employee behind the register if he was available to check me out. If I wasn't buying a last minute gift I would shop elsewhere.
