- BGBrand GoodchildMay 11, 20261.0I wanted to grab some sunglasses for my i guess cuase I have dreads and look like im from the city i ran all the way to the mall entrance and made it there by 845 then they said I have to go to the outdoor front entrance if i want to come in i run to the sunglasses and its not even close time and they said i cant buy any glasses cuase the register was closed so I beg her and she said I could pay with card so the store is still not closed I am waiting for somone to send me the money so I say can n I just pay in cash they say no the said sorry we got to close and they rolled out on me. Horrible customer service. Bad communication. They didn't want to stay open Till closing time then only wanted to take card no cash. WHEN YOU DONT OFFER REGULAR PAYMENTS TILL CLOSE SOMTHING HAS TO CHANGE I SHOULD BE ABLE TO PAY WITH CASH CARD AND GIFT CARD TILL CLOSE TIME WHICH Is 9pm so anyone that is thinking about getting there at 8:50 dont expect for you to be able to make a purchase

We had age ranges from infant to Senior Citizens and we all enjoyed our time here. There is so much to see here. There are unique food items like Wild Boar meat sticks. We also got a fabulous pool noodle - very unexpected. There are so many really cool things to look at and to buy.

They take no responsibility for poor workmanship, no communication, deadlines not met. Have called 3 times for aftermarket parts, each time, ted has said he has no idea what the parts are or do. I am literally told to do my own research, provide my own part numbers, just for them to install wrong, order wrong, and not communicate. I have steered many many boaters away from here since we bought our boat and I will continue to do so. I heavily encourage others to read the forums about bass pro and how they take care of there customers….
