  Like the most recent posts, I wanted to exchange a pair of jeans for a smaller size. I had the tags that fell off while trying on and the receipt yet I was told I cannot return. This was my first time shopping here and likely my last. Not to mention customer service was horrible. Young lady on her phone at the register with a line almost out the door… and another associate standing there talking and laughing

  Reminded why I usually only shop online. Clearance item was ringing up full price. Manager handled situation terribly.

  Store was trashed. None of the clearance was sized right. Clothes all over the floor and associates just on their phones.

  Wouldn't allow me to do an even exchange for a different size because even though I had all of the tags and the receipt from 2 days ago, they weren't still attached to the jeans. When I asked if I could do buy get one 50% off instead of exchanging they would not accommodate or work with me any way. Very poor management and customer service.
