FLYNN O’HARA — PLEASE RECOGNIZE MS. DEB!
I felt it was important to take the time to write this review because when someone goes above and beyond for you and your child, they deserve to be recognized.
Today was already a VERY stressful day. I was emotionally drained due to a family emergency, and purchasing the remaining school uniform items was the final thing on my checklist. I arrived at the Glen Burnie location at approximately 5:03 PM to purchase additional uniform shirts.
I was told my shirts would be pressed and ready in about 10 minutes. After patiently waiting 23 minutes, I was given a slip stating that the shirts were out of stock and that I would need to place an online order. I was extremely frustrated, especially after hearing several other customers being told the same thing because the store was closing at 6 PM.
I went to the register and decided I would simply pay for the other items I had and leave.
Then came Ms. Deb. ❤️
She said, “Wait a minute. I just saw these. I know I did.”
And SHE WENT AND LOOKED.
She came back with the uniform shirts RIGHT OFF THE SHELF—already pressed, folded, and wrapped in plastic!
She could have easily told me they were unavailable and sent me on my way. Instead, she took the time to investigate, found the shirts, and solved the problem. She did it all while smiling, remaining professional, patient, kind, and pleasant.
By the time she returned to the register, I was literally in tears—not because of the shirts, but because I had already had such a difficult day. Her small act of kindness and willingness to help meant SO much to me in that moment.
Ms. Deb probably thought she was simply doing her job, but to me, she did more than that. She showed compassion when I was quietly frustrated and reminded me that good customer service still exists.
I sincerely hope Flynn O’Hara management recognizes Ms. Deb for her excellent customer service. Please don’t let this review get lost in the shuffle—she deserves to know that her kindness was noticed and appreciated. ❤️
I also hope this serves as a reminder that customers who arrive before closing deserve the same effort and courtesy as those who arrive earlier in the day. I arrived at 5:03 PM—not 5:58 PM, and I wasn’t asking anyone to stay late. I simply needed the items I came into the store to purchase.
Thankfully, Ms. Deb cared enough to look.
Thank you for looking. Thank you for caring. Thank you for being patient. And thank you for turning what could have been the final frustration of a VERY long day into a moment of genuine kindness.
Ms. Deb, YOU ARE APPRECIATED! ❤️
Nadia was really easy to work with as our shopper. She has a really cool positive aura about her and very friendly. Would love to have her again next year when we shop! Also the store and Betsy the manager was great to see again. Very organized process. Thanks!
Nadia was extremely helpful and assisted us with everything we needed. She’s so cheerful and such a wonderful personality! Thank you for making our experience run so smoothly!

We had a wonderful experience shopping for uniforms at Flynn O’Hara Uniforms. Anthony and Nadia were both fantastic, and Nadia was especially outstanding. She made the entire process easy and stress-free, communicated clearly every step of the way, and took the time to help us find the right sizes and all the correct uniform pieces. Their knowledge, patience, and excellent customer service made the experience completely seamless. We truly appreciated all of their help and highly recommend Flynn O’Hara to any family shopping for school uniforms!

It is WILD that this place has so many good reviews. This experience was worse than the last days of Kmart. The staff try to help you, but they’ll openly tell you they’re terrified of being screamed at by the Assistant Manager. What, you might ask, would get them screamed at? The staff member knew there was feces on the men’s room toilet seat and wanted to go clean it. She snuck toilet paper in for the same reason.
Meanwhile, kids are screaming and moaning everywhere. They didn’t know specifics about the uniform for the grade in the school they’re listed as the dedicated store for, meaning we largely navigated the store alone. Twice I picked up things trying to eye sizes and had an elder lady snatch them from me and trim me they weren’t right or weren’t able to be tried on. She told me it’s better for her if we ask for help, but then was unable to locate basics in a bin that she said she knew were in stock.
We came to try on different sizes. The place operates like a badly run David’s Bridal, with palpably dirty, smelly samples being the only foundation garments available for this. The shoes were priced at double what they cost online. Truly wild Black Friday at Walmart level of shopping.
