  an order was placed, i got no order number, or confirmation email. Calling multiple locations getting the run around saying they never got my order (both locations i called) because i never got an email or order number…they make it seem impossible to track my order like they can’t use an email, my name, or the delivery address. meanwhile, the order that arrived to my moms house was wrong. if you didn’t get an order, why was my money taken? i wouldn’t be mad if the order came correct, it didn’t. meanwhile i can’t get my money back because i used apple pay, so i can’t dispute it at the bank. i won’t use edible arrangements again, & the problem have yet to be solved, this company will never get my money or recommendations again.

  I order this aragment for my sister and that’s what I got and I spent 175 and I expected to be the way it shows people that work there don’t even make an effort to do the things, this is trash paying 175 for this and u guys are a company that makes good things it’s really upsetting how you guys rip off people this it’s not right this store should be banned and closed people should not even shop here this a fake store that apparently makes nice things but in reality is shitty people should not shop with u guys it’s really upsetting only if I could give u guys zero I would. People that work there don’t even make an effort why put pictures of something nice and u guys give something trashy I was really upset only cuz I couldn’t throw it in u guys face other wise I would’ve thrown in u guys face!!! Worst experience PEOPLE DOMT SHOP HERE!

  It's 9:14 P.M on Mothers Day 2021. I have not received my order that my son ordered for me, nor can we get through on the phone because the mailbox is full.. The order is coming from Germantown, MD to Frederick, MD. That's a joke. Why do you take more orders than you can handle! Greed! Finally I received my order the day after Mother's Day! The basket was beautiful, along with the gourmet pop and Godiva chocolate. I spoke to someone today and they apologized and said that they are still filling orders today. She also stated that there is a disclosure that states that the orders may not arrive on Mother's Day. I advised her that it seems that an extensive amount of orders were taken yet they couldn't be filled. She said something was wrong with the system that it would stop ordering although it should have stopped. She stated that my son can call and get his delivery fee refunded. Is this the new COVID-19 service. Seems that since the pandemic Customer Service has gone to an all time low.
