  Very grateful for Kayla for helping me double check if they had a shoe I was in search of in my size. She was patient and helped me double check boxes and checked the back! She was so sweet and helpful. This store also has a wonderful selection.

  Associate/manager/whatever Terrie needs to learn customer service. She also needs to realize that her tone is often caustic and condescending. She doesn’t seem to genuinely appreciate fellow employees and their work. She also doesn’t smile or cheerfully greet customers, or offer assistance. Maybe the times I came in she was having a bad day, but how many bad days can you possibly have that make you that bitter? Because of her attitude, I make the extra 20-30 minute drive the the Annapolis DSW. They also have a much wider selection and a friendlier manager who you feel you can approach when you have a very difficult situation. Other than Terrie, the other employees at the Waugh chapel location are delightful, and they are the ONLY reason that dsw is still in Waugh chapel.
