  Hiring Caroline was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding. She truly is the best of the best. From the very beginning Caroline jumped in to completely understand our vision - every detail was covered before we even knew to ask the question. Her organization, professionalism, personality and experience made the planning process virtually stress free. On the day of the wedding, everything ran so smoothly because she was always one step ahead, handling all the behind the scenes details so we could be fully present and enjoy every moment of the day that always goes by too fast. Beyond bringing incredible experience and an eye for detail, she’s kind, calming, has a killer personality that makes you feel like you’ve known her your whole life, and she genuinely cares about her couples. She supported us every step of the way and turned stress into excitement and joy. If you’re looking for a wedding planner who will exceed every expectation Caroline is your girl - we cannot recommend her enough.

  Working with Protea Event Planners and Caroline was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From day one, she was responsive and genuinely invested in making our day special, constantly throwing out creative ideas and handling every detail so we could actually enjoy the planning process. My mom has worked with several planners for my sisters' weddings, and she told us Caroline was hands down the best she's encountered. What really set her apart was how she became our friend throughout the year—she's personable and made us feel like we weren't just like another couple on her client list. Caroline's organizational skills are incredible; she managed timelines and logistics seamlessly so nothing fell through the cracks. We never stressed once because her confidence and competence made it clear everything was in capable hands. We can't recommend Protea Event Planners highly enough.

  Caroline was the best! She was so helpful with thinking ahead and providing tips for preparing our wedding. We opted on the day of planner option and we could not have done it without her! Everything was seamless and she tackled any issues before they were a problem. She was also extremely knowledgeable about the venue and made great suggestions. So thankful to have her!

  Caroline and the Protea team truly made our day perfect from start to finish! She thought through every detail with us beforehand, and as soon as she was involved, we felt so confident she would help us execute our vision. We also used Caroline for design services, who helped organize a chaotic vision into one that was concise, easy to share with other vendors, and STUNNING. Could not recommend Caroline and team more - her professionalism from Day 1 to Wedding Day made her so valuable to us, and she truly felt like a member of our family that day.

  We truly cannot say enough good things about Caroline. From start to finish, everything was seamless, thoughtful, and perfectly executed. She handled the rain and our rain plans with precision and perfection, and she even handled our polaroid set up perfectly, making sure we got a photo of every guest which was super important to us. She truly handled every single detail with such care and professionalism that we were able to be fully present and actually enjoy our day. Any stress we thought we might feel just never showed up, because she was always one step ahead. Every timeline, every transition, every little detail was handled flawlessly. Even the moments when I struggled with the fact my parents wouldn't be there because they had passed away, she handled those emotions with grace and was someone I could open up to. If you’re looking for someone who will make your wedding day feel effortless and completely taken care of, she is the one. If you're looking for someone who is a genuine, kind-hearted human being, she's still the one. We are so grateful for everything she did to make our day absolutely perfect. We love you, Caroline!!!
