- RSRebekah S6 days ago3.0Don't bother with trying curbside pickup. There are two spaces here, and with one of them empty, the app claimed there might be a "delay" due to "high demand" - and then, two minutes later, cancelled the curbside request and we had to go in. It's not a huge deal to pick something up in store, but if you offer curbside, and I choose curbside for any number of reasons, you should probably be able to do curbside.

I had been to many hair dressers in the past who couldn't style my hair the way I wanted it styled. Frustrated, I've been hacking at my own hair for the past year. It was working fine until this last cut. Catrina was able to not only blend my mistakes, but also gave me the cut I've wanted for the last 6 years. I have very challenging, thick hair with a mind of its own. I HIGHLY recommend you give Catrina a try at JC Penney Salon whether you have difficult hair or not.

When I scanned the item’s barcode using the official JCPenney app on my smartphone, it displayed a price of $5.00. However, when I brought the boots to the register, the cashier informed me they were ringing up at $15.00. We realized that my app had been geolocating to a nearby store (about 15 minutes away), which was offering the lower price. The cashier refused to do a price match, so I left the shoes behind. It is my understanding from looking at your online policies that JCPenney honors price matching. If the item is in the JCPenney system and scanning at $5.00, it is reasonable to expect that price to be honored, especially when it is on the official JCPenney app.
