  This salon has a high end salon feel. The woman at the front desk was welcoming and very professional. Catrina cut my hair. I had been to many hair dressers in the past who couldn't style my hair the way I wanted it styled. Frustrated, I've been hacking at my own hair for the past year. It was working fine until this last cut. Catrina was able to not only blend my mistakes, but also gave me the cut I've wanted for the last 6 years. I have very challenging, thick hair with a mind of its own. I HIGHLY recommend you give Catrina a try at JC Penney Salon whether you have difficult hair or not.

  I am writing to share a frustrating customer service experience I had at your Frederick, Maryland location.While shopping in-store, I found a pair of boots with a physical pink tag. When I scanned the item’s barcode using the official JCPenney app on my smartphone, it displayed a price of $5.00. However, when I brought the boots to the register, the cashier informed me they were ringing up at $15.00. We realized that my app had been geolocating to a nearby store (about 15 minutes away), which was offering the lower price. The cashier refused to do a price match, so I left the shoes behind. It is my understanding from looking at your online policies that JCPenney honors price matching. If the item is in the JCPenney system and scanning at $5.00, it is reasonable to expect that price to be honored, especially when it is on the official JCPenney app.

  Manna from the pick up cash wrap. Very rude. I normally don’t do reviews but this time I can’t keep going like nothing. Waiting for a curbside pick up in my car It was canceled because apparently it was busy. I had to go inside the store, store was not busy at all! (for some reason I did the curbside cause I need to pick up and go to other place). But when I went there she was with a pile of clothing doing nothing waiting for her to be fixed and just in her cellphone. When I asked why my curbside was canceled she was very rude and called a manager that I didn’t even ask. What a manager can do to me? I am not intimidated if someone is treating me in a rude manner. Jcpenny needs to give a better training in customer service and hire productive people. Also jewerly department if you are not going to buy jewerly and you just have a question to find something this people avoids contact with customers at all and if you are lucky for them to answer your question they do it in a very rude way! Happened to me twice! Don’t trust in Jcpenny anymore.I remember when Jcpenny was my favorite place since I was little! Very disappointed ☹️
