  They have a woman worker in this Goodwill that screams talks singing that's just disruptive when you're trying to shop

  Prices are all over the place. Switched managers, and prices went down some, only to go up even hirer with less valuable stuff. Most things are shipped out which is asham. I heard goodwill uses a price list, fine, but shein, target and cheaper brands should not be priced higher used than what they are new. Please check out prices on Shein. And Hoka's with no tread, or shoes that are filthy should not be priced at $25-$30. The goodwill e commerce that they send all their stuff to sucks with horrible pictures and weird batches of stuff. Goodwill and staff really need to learn that most of these over priced things are not very valuable new. I feel like maybe they are mad that some people are re selling, but when 80% of your customers are resellers and you have nothing to sell you are going to loose money, this is not good business practice. Not to mention their goods are free and most of us also donate a lot of items. I have no idea how they are going to build a new bigger store. How are they going to support their programs with less profit. The staff is friendly, odd that managers are always in the back. Same woman, I believe her name is Lenny, is often the only one working in the store. She is over worked and under appreciated. I have been shopping here for years and want to continue to have love for this store, and make an impact on the environment by thrifting but some changes are much needed in this store. Maybe take a look at Cambridge. They even keep purses on the floor so you can actually look at them. I want to continue to love the gw that is local to me and hopefully they read this review. I also wish they would bring back 50% last sat of the month from many years ago. What is point if you can't move over priced items or put new stuff on the floor because you are shipping it out.

  This particular Goodwill has become a favorite of ours. There are a very nice group of people who work here and keep the store much more organized than in the past. The shelves are cleaner looking and the bookshelf neat most of the time. Hats off to Amber Harris, one of the managers I believe, who is always ready to laugh with you, but is professional as well. If all stores had an Amber they would be lucky. We enjoy finding treasures and donate frequently as well.

  Dropped off some items today & was greeted by a young woman who was helpful, friendly & welcoming. It was a million degrees out with high humidity & you would never know by her demeanor.
