  Keyon ( forgive my spelling) made our experience fabulous! We were waiting on line for 2 hours for a dressing room..... people blasted him and he kept on smiling. I was miserable, but said nothing. He apologize to the patrons and kept going. Waited on people even after they were complete jerks. His smile and energy made a very difficult and annoying situation tolerable. Kindness is free...... however his paycheck needs to be bigger! He is an asset to the Windsor company! Oh...... and we left our wallet behind and he saved it for us. Thank you, you perfect human ❤️

  Waited over 2 hrs to try on dresses for my daughter's hoco after being told if were in line we were good to still try on and purchase, they would stay open to do so. Drove over 2 hours from 2 states away to look for a dress at the store. Absolutely worst customer service and waste of time and money. Will never be back

  I had a wonderful shopping experience at the Windsor store in Columbia, MD! We went during the peak of homecoming dress shopping, and there was a huge line of parents and daughters waiting outside before the store even opened. Despite the store being completely slammed, the staff handled the chaos perfectly. Terrance was awesome! He immediately greeted the parents and went straight to work at the register. He was incredibly professional, kind, and accommodating. Since the try-on line was easily 2 to 3 hours long, Terrance graciously offered to hold our items for us so I wouldn't have to wait on my feet. Mo was working incredibly hard on the floor, constantly hustling back and forth to help the young ladies with their try-ons and keeping the floor organized. Shyenne was amazing as well. Even though she was being swarmed with questions, she took the time to patiently explain Windsor’s tag-based return policy (which I don’t think enough shoppers know about!). She showed us exactly what the different tags meant and clearly explained which items couldn't be returned once they left the store. Despite the sheer volume of people, Terrance, Mo, and Shyenne worked as an amazing team to ensure everyone had a great shopping experience. Whenever I need a special occasion dress, Windsor is always the first choice.

  We’ve been to other windsors in the area but Columbia always has the best selection and is clean and organized, including today, when the fitting room line was wrapped around the store, all the way to the entrance. We decided we would buy the couple of dresses she liked, try them on at home and return them on a weekday. However, because there were so many people in line, a couple of dresses were out of sizes. The amazingly warm store manager, Kiam, offered to order them for us and have them shipped to our home and actually suggested that we order ALL the dresses we wanted so that would give us a 14 day window to return what we didn’t want. Whereas what we bought in store that day was not refundable. That level of customer service in what is normally a stressful situation was so helpful and really made my day! Thank you, Kiam!

  I came here to shop and wanted to use some store credit for a return I made last month so i showed the cashier my return receipts and refund receipts and what I thought was a barcode for the store credit. He informed me he’d need a physical card but I let him know the receipts were all I had. I was confused because i thought the barcodes were for the store credit. He also seemed confused on what to do and how to help me. He went to a manager and had me waiting for about ten minutes, I got impatient and wanted to just check out like normal so we did that. But they asked me to stay and that they almost had a solution. So I did, even after checking out like normal. After waiting and being patient, they just showed me footage from their ring camera the transaction that day and that I did receive a physical card along with my receipts. I didn’t understand how that helped me. I thought they were trying to help me redeem my store credit somehow because clearly I didn’t know that the email receipts and barcodes weren’t enough. So I was confused how that was helpful and why they had me stand and wait for ten minutes, even after I checked out, to show me that but as I was speaking and telling them that I’d come back another time whenever I could find the physical card, he was already walking away from me and wasn’t listening to me. This was odd and seemingly they just wanted to be right about giving me a physical card. They could’ve simply told me there was nothing they could do without that card or offered a solution if I misplaced the card instead of wasting my time and evidently just wanting to prove they were right when I wasn’t arguing with them about it. Just an odd interaction and energy that hasn’t happened to me when the ladies are working!
