    Unfortunately, I had two disappointing experiences trying to make a purchase while Jaqira was managing the store. Both times, I ended up leaving and placing my order online instead. Her attitude came across as unwelcoming and dismissive, which made me feel uncomfortable as a customer. It’s concerning because customer service plays a huge role in a store’s success. Based on my experience, I can understand why the store may be struggling.zero stars if I had an option .

    THE BEST VANS STORE EVER!!!! They are always so nice and so helpful. Everytime I go in there they remember my face and help me find everything I need.
