- VKVivian KimJun 12, 20265.0I wanted to recognize Jamary, who helped me today fix my father's sunglasses. He was kind, professional, and had a genuine smile the whole time — truly top-notch service. It's rare to come across someone this dedicated, and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves. More employees like Jamary would make every customer experience better!
- EDEric DJun 14, 20255.0I recently purchased a pair of Meta Wayfarer sunglasses from the Sunglass Hut located inside the Macy’s at Columbia Mall, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Marcia was my sales associate, and she was absolutely outstanding. Before making my purchase, I visited a few other Sunglass Hut locations, but none matched the level of service Marcia provided. She went the extra mile to ensure I found the right pair and gave thoughtful, honest feedback on how the sunglasses looked on me—something I truly appreciated and didn’t get at the other stores. Thanks to her attentiveness and professionalism, I felt confident in my purchase. I highly recommend Marcia and this particular location to anyone in the market for new sunglasses.
