- RTRsn Tay3 days ago1.00 stars, I made a purchase X days ago. I came in to make a return (shades to big slide down) I DIDNT have the receipt in hand but I DID have Alternative Information 1) Item number 2) date and Time of purchase 3) same debit method used to make the purchase 4) ID On the day of the intial purchase cashier Eric (684911) Rang me up. A lady assisted him and I handed her ID and she set me up an account(with Email) . Fast forward to Today the lady who claimed to be the “Manager” treated me with no respect. She called Mall security and 2 local cops arrived and I was able to get a report #. All because When I asked if she could put the date and time of purchase in or Cashier name , Item number Etc (alternatives) she declined those alternatives then proceeded to call the mall security because my camera was on ( not recording her!!! And I explained that to her clearly numerous times ) meanwhile a lady next to me is on her phone recording and taking pictures ( you kick out “me” the customer who has made a purchase whiles you allow “window shoppers” to break the same rule you made up to justify your evil ) Instead of providing a solution to simple return she escalated the situation. You could have worked with me to ensure a good Faith consumer “return” but instead she used that as an excuse to gaslight (me a loyal customer who provided all necessary information day of purchase.
