- ABAmanda Bhandhel5 days ago4.0Was really unhappy that my brand new bag had some dents in the leather and was missing the dust bag when I got home. I turned around and went all the way back to return it. Keya exchanged it for me and wrapped the new one and put it in the dust bag as it should be with a bag purchase. Presentation and care of the bag is part of a good service. I was very satisfied afterall because of her and will seek her out in the future. She turned my whole day around :)

- SCSkyler ChaplainMay 7, 20261.0Had a 30 minute appt for alterations at 6:30, I got here early at 6:15 just in case. I was told the tailor would meet me in the fitting room at 6:30. At 6:40 I asked if the tailor was still coming because my boyfriend had an appt at men’s warehouse at 7:30. At 6:50 I walked through the store with my dress unzipped asking again when the tailor was coming. She arrived over at 7:05 and by then I had to leave. Waste of my time.

I don’t have much experience buying a suit and it’s frankly a little intimidating. The guy made this initial experience horrible so now I’m looking at going somewhere else for help because someone else might actually be helpful AND nice in the process. What happened to basic customer service?!
