  I had an amazing experience in the lingerie department. Mbachur did such an amazing job helping my daughter get fitted properly for her first bra. Not only did she make us feel completely comfortable, she was knowledgeable and kind. Great customer service! This was an experience my family will remember moving forward. Thank you for making this adjustment seamless for my family.

  I recently went to Nordstrom in Columbia mall for a make up appointment and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. I worked with Jada at the Tom Ford counter. She did a beautiful job on my face - I wasn’t sure how to describe what I wanted outside of a soft neutral look and she nailed it and gave it just enough glam for photos. Her service, attitude, and professionalism was so amazing and refreshing, as good customer service seems to be a lost art these days. I really enjoyed my appointment. It’s been a while since I’ve visited the mall and between my makeup appt and stops in other departments I’m reminded I need to come back more often. I always love my time at Nordstrom!

  I had the most beautiful experience in Nordstrom’s with Malihe . she gave me wonderful service. I came in just to spend money for lipstick and she made me gorgeous. I can’t wait to come back to her. She is the best if anybody wants good service, you have to see Malihe I look beautiful. she’s the counter manager for Bobbi Brown make up

  First I want to say that I never go shopping. Once I find something I like, that's it. BUT, I had to get an outfit to wear to 2 upcoming weddings over the next few months. I saw that Nordstrom has "In-Store Styling Appointments" that are free! So I made an appointment on a Sunday, for Monday afternoon. A couple points about this. #1- they don't tell you where to go to meet you stylist, so I had to ask someone. Pro-Tip- upstairs at Customer Pickup/ Customer Service. #2- I got an email with someone's name I was to meet. And she was off that day. None of that was a big deal, I just wanted someone who would be patient with me and my shopping-phobia. The staff was vert apologetic and communicative while they found someone to help me. Well within a few minutes, an angel appeared! It was Adele, and she's one of the Assistant Managers in the Women's Department. Adele was exactly the right person for me! She was so helpful and encouraging. She actually laughed at my silly jokes, and we had a great time! She provided me with EXCELLENT customer service, which Nordstroms is certainly known for. I know that malls and "brick and mortar" stores are fading away, but don't rely on the internet for everything. I found some other cute items to purchase and enjoyed walking around for a bit. Take advantage of the personal touch that Adele and others can provide, and if you're going to make a purchase- do it in the "brick and mortar" stores to support them. There's no way I would have found an outfit if it wasn't for the caring and patience that Adele provided me.
