- JJJ JJul 18, 20261.0Went into men’s dept ready to world close to $1k. We started with a $150 shirt that had little stitching imperfection. We asked to speak to manager of men’s dept Almond (?) who approached us and told us no way he could discount it. We went to another register and the person told us that managers usually honor that. We were ready to pay full price but there were none left. Now I’ve been shopping here for years. Is this really a good customer service standard that is acceptable to Nordstrom? I think not. SMH so we left and spend all that money at another high scale store.
