  Tall sales gentleman, asked him to remove tag connecting a pair of Asics so I could test. He was new and unsure if he could do that. Pushed him a bit to find out. He engaged a shorter slick haired sales associate who told him, yes, remove them. He, Tall, returned with the pair undone. I tested and bought them. Had he not ... Kudos to Tall. His temperament in his unknowing what to do was excellent. Though out of his comfort zone of knowledge, he took my suggestion to inquire. With more experiences, he is definitely a keeper and riser in your corporation. Slick was guru. I told him about Tall and he stated Tall had asked him about it. Great set of folks there. Give them a bonus!

  They need help and staff here. You definitely can’t find employees in there to help if you have questions. I don’t see alot of customers in there so maybe that could be the reason why staff is low.

  I feel it is necessary to lead with, I am an AVID Nordstrom Rack shopper both in store and online. I have always had such pleasant experiences until my recent visit this past Saturday. I ordered a pair of shoes for in store pick up at the Columbia Crossing location, so what was supposed to be an in and out experience turned into one of the worst shopping experiences I have had to date!!!! I proceeded to the fitting room to pickup my shoes. Upon inspection of the shoes before leaving the store, I noticed the shoes appeared worn and dirty. I decided against keeping them but just wanted to bring it to the stores attention. I made my way to the front of the store to speak with a cashier and possibly a manager. Jenna (the assistant manager on duty) was called to address my concern. She was extremely rude, obnoxious and condescending toward me. She proceeded to tell me how the shoes were not worn despite my eyes clearly seeing dirt and creases all over the shoe as well as the bottom sole. She began making very insinuating comments to me as if I either didn’t want to pay for the shoes any longer or I came in with the shoes and trying to return them after wearing them already!!!!! I had just picked the shoes up from the fitting room and immediately walked to the front, not being in the store a total of 15 minutes. Not only did she completely misjudge me but I felt very belittled, stereotyped and unheard as a frequent customer. She has ruined my desire as a whole to patronize Nordstrom Rack any longer. Thanks a lot Jenna for your unprofessionalism! Your lack of customer service and poor judgment has cost the company a customer.

  The Columbia Nordstrom Rack is always super clean and the staff is very helpful. I managed to find my 2 year old granddaughter a short set by DKNY for $11. Great deal! Of course I coped it.
