The cashier, supervisor, and manager were rude, accusatory, dismissive, and completely unprofessional from the moment I approached the counter. Instead of providing customer service, they chose to blame, interrogate, and profile me, making me feel humiliated and unwelcome. The store may have a good collection of products, but that means absolutely nothing when customers are treated with such disrespect. The behavior of the return and exchange team was shocking and unacceptable. Basic courtesy, professionalism, and respect were nowhere to be found. Needless to say, I will never return to this store. What makes this even worse is the generic management response talking about providing a “better experience in the future.” What about taking responsibility for and resolving the experience I had this time? An empty apology without accountability is meaningless. After being treated with suspicion, blame, and disrespect by multiple employees, I have absolutely no reason to give this store another chance. One bad employee can ruin a visit; when the cashier, supervisor, and manager all behave the same way, it reflects a deeply broken customer service culture. This location has permanently lost my business.
