  I have been going to this store for years but will likely never return. The staff was incredibly rude. We were purchasing something from the front of the store and walked up to the counter to check out. There was one customer being helped and two staff at the counter (one male, one female). We waited behind the customer being helped. When he left, we walked up to the counter, but the two staff started walking away. We asked if anyone could help us and the female staff asked if we needed to check out. We replied "yes" and she started muttering under her breath as she returned to the counter and then sarcastically told us she didn't know we needed help since we weren't standing at the "Line Starts Here" sign that was toward the back of the store (on the other side of the counter), called one of my family members a smartass for asking for help, and tossed our clothing on the counter. Despite this, we politely apologized explaining we didn't see the sign. During the transaction, another group of customers walking from the front of the store appeared confused as to where to go. They asked where to line up and the staff member helping us pointed out the "Line Starts Here" sign toward the back of the store. As she handed us our purchases at the end of the transaction, she pointedly glared at us. I rarely write bad reviews; however, this experience was so negative that I felt it necessary to bring this to attention. I can understand correcting customers when we don't see signage, but to be rude about it and call us "smart ass" just for asking for help is deplorable. Even if it wasn't clear we were in line to check out, we were standing at the counter and someone should have asked us if we needed help, but no one bothered to do so, and instead, looked at us and walked away. The store was not busy and it did not appear as though they were doing other tasks - just kind of milling about. When asking for help, we were met with incredible rudeness and called names. I had actually planned to return the next day to check out some more items, but will not return. Very very disappointing. UPDATE: I reached out to Express as requested. They offered me a $10 credit, which I turned down and instead requested to know what actions would be taken to address the issue with the employee and prevent incidents like this from happening again to any customer. Since then, there has been no response from Express despite follow-ups.

  Shout out to Ashlee with two “e”’s because she special. I had an event at 7:00pm. I came in, she saw me struggling. Started giving me clothing color combos. Threw my whole outfit together in 15-20 minutes. I was out the door and made it to the gala. Everyone complimented me that night. I will definitely be back for her and her team. Thanks to her team running throughout the store and getting everyone the size’s they suggested fitted us better. We didn’t even have to leave the dressing room, they really live up to the name express. I spent $1500 on 2 suits from indochino and they still dont fit this well! Love ya!

  DESERVES -5 negative stars VERY RUDE... employees and management always have a NASTY attitude never speak they make me feel like I'm a problem. Not a customer!!!

  This Express location is pretty standard. I feel that may be understaffed at some times and a lot of the clothes are unfolded and just laying around. Cant really ding them on that since this location is almost always busy. The sale/clearance section in the back has a huge selection. If you're looking for a quick deal hit that up first. Also check online for coupons.
