  The arrangement was beautiful and full when I walk in. I noticed that I did not have the decorative base that came with the order. She claimed that she didn't have that particular one, but I asked if she could switch it to a decorative one because it was a birthday gift and it was included. When she brought it back, it did not look the same!!!!. The bag was just gathered together rough. The greenery was everywhere and less fruit. There are gaps in between where we can see the plastic sticks. I am so disappointed because this used to be my go to spot for gifts. Anytime you spend $100 or any money These days you hope that The business understands the privilege of you patronizing them. Very disappointed!!

  9:00 open time now 9:15 and not a soul in the store to serve a customer and now as i planned to get my wife a surprise birthday arrangement i can not had i known the store wasnt open made arrangements to go to another store

  This was my first time ordering from Edible Arrangements location on Oakland Mills road, Columbia MD - The customer service is amazing!!! Ellen, Margarete, and their delivery guy are awesome!!! Superb customer service!!! Highly recommend this location!!! The recipient was unavailable and they made a few attempts before returning. They were so nice about it, and will redo the order and try again when the business for the delivery reopen in a few days. This is great customer service at its finest!!! Keep up the good work!!!💛💚💙
