  This was my first time ordering from Edible Arrangements location on Oakland Mills road, Columbia MD - The customer service is amazing!!! Ellen, Margarete, and their delivery guy are awesome!!! Superb customer service!!! Highly recommend this location!!! The recipient was unavailable and they made a few attempts before returning. They were so nice about it, and will redo the order and try again when the business for the delivery reopen in a few days. This is great customer service at its finest!!! Keep up the good work!!!💛💚💙

  This Edible Arrangements location was just wonderful! I was in the area from out of town and needed a thank you gift for a wonderful group of nurses who took care of a loved one in the hospital for us. I called and Peter helped me find a perfect gift over the phone and helped me place the order. It was ready in one hour and was beautiful!!! When I delivered it to the ICU team, they were just amazed that we thought to bring something so nice!! Peter even brought it out to my car for me. I would highly recommend this wonderful business. Peter was very helpful and kind and the presentation was just what I wanted!

  The experience at this location has been extremely disappointing. Around Valentine’s Day, a family member placed an order for their loved one. When they arrived to pick it up, the store was closed — despite the posted business hours on the website stating that it should have been open. Unfortunately, the same situation happened again today. Another order was placed with a scheduled pickup time of 6:30 PM, while the website clearly states the store closes at 7:00 PM. When they arrived, the location was completely closed and dark, with no staff present well before the listed closing time. It is incredibly frustrating that this has now happened twice. My family member has gone out of their way — including driving nearly an hour — just to make their loved one happy, only to be met with disappointment both times. What makes matters worse is that there was no notification, no phone call, and no indication that the store would be closing early. Payments are processed immediately, yet customers are left without their purchases and without communication. This level of inconsistency and lack of communication is unacceptable. After two failed attempts and long drives, we will not be making another purchase at this location. Something needs to be done to prevent this from happening to others. Never again.
