  Hispanic young girl working at Aerie around 12:30pm on 8/18 was extremely rude. Had a terrible attitude when I asked to return my Aerie purchases at the Aerie counter, and told me to go to American Eagle. Then I asked later if I could try on an Aerie item in their fitting rooms, she rolled her eyes and sighed at me and yelled to go to American Eagle! Store was not busy at all and she needs to learn to be polite when she’s working.

  I visited this location recently with my daughter to find vacation outfits and was helped by Kally. She made our shopping experience easier by helping me with finding clothes, I feel confident and comfortable as she made our shopping trip easier and quicker. She helped picking out items and helped us make our vacation outfits. The staff in general is so nice and helpful, over all the store looked very clean and put together 10/10 experience.

  The drawers for panties are so overstuffed like Target! It's so bad, that it looks like a teen's drawer at home...unfolded and unorganized. The employees seem to prioritize the table top display, but it's a total jump scare when you open the drawers. There's no need to put out that much product, if they can't keep it under control.

  Really disappointed with the customer service at this location and frankly AE in general if this is the experience they want for their guests. Apparently a longstanding policy changed in July to a 30-day return, 60-day exchange. While the timeframe is common for retailers, there was no notification given while placing the order online. The cashier I worked with was very nice about it, but when she called over her manager (a heavyset woman, did not get her name) her tone was apathetic and unapologetic. I have been a manager for various retail stores and there is ALWAYS a manager override code for policy exceptions. I have been shopping with AE for 15+ years and held a card here previously. She was unconcerned with losing a lifelong customer that has literally spent thousands of dollars with this company. Her only offer was to call customer care, who probably would have stated the same policy. No thanks, you’ve wasted enough of my time already over what was probably a $50 return. Bye forever, AE.
