Amazing service ! I’m sorry I forgot to ask the girl at the front for her name but she was the best :) she helped me find the EXACT sunnies I was looking for and now I look stylish and boujee🫶🏾
She also gave me advice on how to better take care of my glasses so they stay gorgeous longer

On December 31, 2025, I visited Sunglass Hut to purchase Meta Ray-Ban AI Glasses (Wayfarer, Matte Black, Clear Lens). The associate told me this model was on backorder and advised me to purchase the glossy black transitional version with a protection plan. She clearly stated that when I returned from my one-month trip, I could use the protection plan, pay the deductible, and exchange them for the Matte Black Clear Lens model. Based on this assurance, I purchased the glasses and the protection plan specifically for that purpose.
When I returned, a different associate told me they could not order the clear lens model through the protection plan and that I would need to purchase a new pair for $500–$600 and wait for it to arrive. This directly contradicts what I was promised at the time of purchase. They exchanged my glasses for the Matte Black transitional version, but the transitional lenses make the glasses unusable for my intended daytime use.
I relied entirely on the original associate’s guidance. I am now left with an expensive product I cannot use properly due to misinformation provided by your staff.

Aileen and Connie were both very helpful. They helped find great styles for my mom and were patient and attentive throughout our entire visit.
Went in a week ago during the day and the woman that was working was very knowledgeable about what was in stock and what styles they had. I wanted Oakley Gascan frames with polarized lenses and they didn’t have any, however she introduced me to the Crankshaft frame which is very similar and they had polarized lenses in stock. In and out in less than 20 minutes thanks to her knowledge of the inventory.
