- PYPear YukkasemwongJun 14, 20261.0Omg I came here to check if it was just me who had terrible experience and was surprised to see that many people had experienced it as well. As soon as we entered the store, we were greeted by an older lady who looked like she might be the store manager. She came to us and asked if we needed help with anything but even after we said no, she kept STARING at us with the most unpleasant look. We had to say no a few times for her to finally leave us alone. She later came back around again and did another stare with the weirdest attitude I cannot describe. But it made us feel super uncomfortable like she thought we were gonna steal something. Other staff members were also not helpful at all. They looked like they didn't want to do their job. Would not return.

I was hesitant because some of the more recent reviews indicated the opposite, it sounded terrible lol. I’m going to have to assume these customers were actually stealing or just in the wrong and being spiteful by leaving a bad review. I even returned a pair of jeans the next day and the money was charged back to me quite easily, no questions. You can see on the receipt the return reason is “changed mind”, so very simple. Tags were still on and I had my receipt. I’m including pictures with receipt to help show this is a real review. Also including the return receipt I got for the jeans I returned.

I returned a shirt too big to get something sizable and they refused because there is a new policy which I don’t believe customers were made aware of, and the annoying part was the attitude of the attendant. Guess I’ll prefer driving to Leesburg VA, to shop.
