  My mother bought a dress that is not on final sale or clearance. An hour after she got it, she decided that she didn't want it. We haven't left the outlet yet, so we returned to Michael Kors to return it. However, the staff refused despite the fact that it said it can be returned on the receipt. The dress is still brand new with original tag on since we haven't even left the outlet. There was nothing on the receipt that said no return or final sale. I pointed this out, but the staff did not offer any explanation, just shook her head and told me no. I didn't want to waste my time arguing with them. Maybe that was their strategy that if someone wants to return something they just say no so that they will have less work to do? Or because they have a sales target or something? Regardless of the reason, this will be the last time we will ever buy anything from Michael Kors.

  went to mk today and kimberly was just the sweetest person ever! she was so helpful and took the time to adjust a new watch to fit me just right! she was so lovely and made the whole experience worth it :)

  exceptional customer service and the store manager kate is EXTREMELY helpful in getting you styled up for whatever occasion!! big fan of michael kors brand and the service i recieved was perfect!! nadia is a very helpful associate as well! the team looks so wonderful working together and helping others feel as good as they feel!!!

  They have a pretty nice inventory and the store was excellent and very clean. Some employees were helpful and some were downright rude. I came in there for a specific bag but they didn’t have it. I was still willing to part with my money on the other many wonderful bags that were there but one employee ruined my whole experience. She was so disgustingly rude to my husband, sister in law and myself that we left the store and ended up purchasing items at Coach and Tory Burch instead. Such a disappointing experience for my sister in law because that was her first experience at that store. Never again! Sad thing is I love Michael Kors.
