  My mother bought a dress that is not on final sale or clearance. An hour after she got it, she decided that she didn't want it. We haven't left the outlet yet, so we returned to Michael Kors to return it. However, the staff refused despite the fact that it said it can be returned on the receipt. The dress is still brand new with original tag on since we haven't even left the outlet. There was nothing on the receipt that said no return or final sale. I pointed this out, but the staff did not offer any explanation, just shook her head and told me no. I didn't want to waste my time arguing with them. Maybe that was their strategy that if someone wants to return something they just say no so that they will have less work to do? Or because they have a sales target or something? Regardless of the reason, this will be the last time we will ever buy anything from Michael Kors.

  Very disappointed with the store. I bought a Travel Bag (duffel bag). Before I took it to the cashier, it had a strap inside. I bought it and took it home. When I looked inside, the strap was missing. It got left in the buying process. I called the store and talked to the manager to solve the issue, and the only thing she could do to help me was tell me to go all the there again so she could look and see the possibility of giving me another strap or return the item. Just to explain, I live 40 minutes away from the store. It is outrageous that the customer is the one that has to bear with the cost and inconvenience to solve an issue made by the store. I wish they could simply send me the correct strap, but that seems too difficult for them. Never buying there again.
