  I ordered a bra in store online with the associate Miss Debbie I did update all of my contact information email phone number, etc. yet when I log into my lane Brian account online there is no information for an order status or even an order being placed. I called to get information about what was going on with this and was given an 800 number that was a dead end with a robot. I was completely left in the blind just to call today and find out that my brawl was delivered two days ago upon receipt in the store, a staff member should’ve called me and said hey your package is here. Just wanted to let you know that or something of the nature but no one ever called nor did I receive any text notification or email no communication whatsoever throughout the process as I’m checking daily and regularly trying to see where my bra is and what is the expected delivery date I never got any so that was extremely frustrating. I explained that that doesn’t make me feel confident or make me want to purchase from this store again if I were you, I would go to another lane Bryant other than this one, although the lady was very helpful with finding the correct brawl because it had been a while since I had purchased one I was able to get size and look at a couple different options. She was very tentative then and very helpful. They are super busy and I feel understaffed however that does not deflect or negate from the fact that once she was super helpful when it helped me to make the purchase the only emails that I received daily multiple times a day at that were more ads and more solicitation for me to spend more money after already spending over $100 on two bra which is ridiculous in itself. I never received any information in the process of trying to retrieve it and when I called to ask why I didn’t receive any notifications via email text or even a phone call when the store received it. They had no answers for me. Miss Debbie is actually Who? answered the phone and she said she couldn’t tell me why and I said is there a setting like there needs to be some type of rectification so that moving forward I am able to get notified about my deliveries and there was still no resolution to this issue so I don’t feel like I will be purchasing from this location anymore. Mind you I was encouraged to have it shipped to the store typically that used to make shipping free now, I guess they only do free orders over a certain amount and they offer you a 50% off of full price item for having it shipped in the store but anti-climatic indeed was this process
