  Change your freaking hours online to 10AM. Drove out my way to come here because the website says they open at 9AM, and turns out they actually open at 10AM. Update your information so people don’t waste their time like I just did.

  I am very disappointed with the treatment my family and I received during our visit. From the moment we arrived, the employee’s attitude toward us was unwelcoming and dismissive. Our children were denied access to the restroom, yet when it was time to pay, we were treated differently. Throughout the interaction, the employee was not polite and made us feel as though our business and money were not valued. As a Latino family, the experience left us feeling discriminated against and unwelcome. While I cannot know the employee’s intentions, the way we were treated was noticeably different from what any customer should expect. It is very concerning that a store with such high prices would allow customers to have this type of experience. Customer service, respect, and professionalism should be standard regardless of a customer’s background, ethnicity, or language. I strongly encourage management to review this incident and provide additional customer service and diversity training to staff. No family should leave a business feeling disrespected or treated as less important than other customers.
